The north pole and the south pole look similar, as both are freezing cold. But they are actually opposite to each other. Similarly, a codependent and a saintly social worker, like Mother Teresa, may look exactly the same externally in their behaviors. Both dedicate themselves to serve others, even at the expense of neglecting their own needs. But they are poles apart. The driving force is completely opposite to each other. The codependent feels empty, lonely, and miserable within. And the social worker, is full of love, connected with authentic self, and blissful. Since a codependent and a great social worker have similar behaviors, it takes an astute eye and deliberate reflection to see the inner difference. The good news is that it is possible to bring an internal change in a codependent. Learn how to come from a place of fullness instead of emptiness, and how to give for the sake of giving instead of giving to get love. Please join your guides, Babaji and Jessica, for a 3-day retreat on codependency and karma. Babaji will be teaching the group by sharing ancient secrets from yogic texts that reveal potent points about how to be successful in love and all types of relationships. Jessica will guide the group in therapy discussions. They will help you gain new insights that will empower you instead of leaving you feeling like a helpless victim, which is often the case in codependency.
